At the end of June your room (your 'kot') has to be empty and clean, just as exams finish. We clean it for the check-out inspection, even if your parents live far away. For landlords, we keep shared kitchens and bathrooms clean all year round.

Do I need to be there when you clean my room?
No. With a key via you, your parents or your landlord we work independently. On request we send photos afterwards.
When should I book?
As early as possible before the end of June. Around exams and early July many students hand back rooms at the same time.
Do you clean shared areas in a student house?
Yes. Landlords can book regular cleaning of the shared kitchen, bathrooms, hallway and bins, weekly or fortnightly.
Will I get my deposit back?
That's your landlord's decision after the inspection, so we can't promise it. We do clean exactly the spots that usually cause discussion.
How much does cleaning a room cost?
You get a fixed price per room, depending on its size and whether there's a private bathroom or kitchenette.
