Do I need to be home when the cleaner comes?
No. Many clients leave a key or a code. If you'd like to see how it looks, we send photos after the visit on request.
What if my cleaner is ill or on holiday?
We let you know in advance and suggest a replacement, or move the visit if you prefer.
Do you bring cleaning products?
Yes. If you have your own products for a parquet floor or natural stone, we're happy to use them.
How is the price set?
Based on the size of your home, what needs doing each visit and how often we come. The price estimator on the homepage gives you a first indication.
Can I stop or pause?
Yes, monthly. You're not tied to an annual contract.
