Does the home need to be empty?
For a final clean, yes, so we can reach everything. If a few things are still there, tell us in advance.
What if the landlord still finds something?
Let us know within 24 hours with a photo. If it was cleaning included in the agreement, we come back free of charge.
Do you clean the new home too?
Yes. Many people have their new home cleaned before the boxes arrive, especially after a previous tenant.
Do you clean outside windows?
Outside on the ground floor, yes. Higher outside windows we assess per home.
How soon can you come?
Usually within a week. On a tight schedule we try to go faster, Saturdays included.
