Yes. Even a building with six or eight flats can have regular cleaning. The price depends on the areas and frequency.
Do you put the bins out?
Yes, on collection day according to the calendar, and we bring them back in afterwards.

Yes. You get a proposal with frequency, a fixed monthly price and what's included, ready for the agenda.
What if a resident complains?
Forward the complaint. We look into what happened, and if it's justified we come back free of charge.
What is the notice period?
One month, so the association isn't locked in if it doesn't work out.
