A clean roof, without damaging your tiles
Moss holds water. In winter that can freeze under the tiles, and whatever comes loose ends up in your gutters and drains. We remove the moss mechanically first and then rinse with adjusted pressure, never full force on old tiles. Afterwards we empty the gutters and report broken or shifted tiles with a photo.

Roof cleaning — your questions
Isn't high pressure bad for my roof?
At full force on old tiles, yes. That's why we remove the moss mechanically first and rinse with adjusted pressure. Porous or damaged tiles get a gentler approach.
Do you clean asbestos roofs?
No. Asbestos-containing slates and corrugated sheets may not be cleaned or de-mossed in Belgium, because fibres are released. You need a certified asbestos removal company for that.
What about the gutters?
We empty them afterwards, because that's where the loosened moss ends up. We'll tell you about any blocked drains.
How long will my roof stay moss-free?
That depends on the location. A north side or a roof under trees grows back faster. With an anti-moss treatment it usually takes considerably longer.
What does roof cleaning cost?
That depends on the area, the pitch, the height and how much moss there is. After photos or a visit you get a fixed price.
