We clean with pure, demineralised water and a soft brush, without soap or high pressure, so no limescale spots are left and the coating stays intact.

Doesn't the rain clean them?
Not completely. Rain washes off loose dust, but bird droppings, pollen and a greasy film of soot stick. On panels that lie flat, dirt stays along the bottom edge.
Do you use soap or a pressure washer?
No. Only pure water and a soft brush. Soap leaves a film and high pressure can damage the coating and the panel's seals.
How often should they be cleaned?
Usually once a year. If you live near trees, fields or a busy road, twice a year can make sense.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. If we can reach the roof and there's an outdoor tap, we can do it without you. On request we send before and after photos.
What does it cost?
That depends on the number of panels, the roof pitch and access. You get a fixed price per panel upfront.
