Every facade its own approach
A north-facing facade turns green with algae, a facade on a busy street goes grey with fine dust and soot, and black streaks run down under the windowsills. How we clean depends on the facade: brick can take more than render or decorative plaster, and natural stone gets a gentle treatment. We test a small patch first and protect windows, doors and plants.

Facade cleaning — your questions
Won't a pressure washer damage my facade?
That's why we don't use high pressure everywhere. Render, decorative plaster and soft stone are cleaned with low pressure and a suitable agent. Brick in good condition can take more.
What about the joints?
If the joints are loose or weathered, we tell you upfront. It's better to have them repointed first, otherwise water can soak into the wall.
How high can you work?
A terraced house or a facade up to two storeys we do with ladders and a telescopic lance. For higher facades we check upfront how to reach them safely, for example with an aerial work platform. That is then included in your quote.
How long will the facade stay clean?
That depends on the location. A north-facing facade or one under trees turns green faster. An aftercare treatment against algae slows that down.
What does facade cleaning cost?
That depends on the area, the material and the height. After photos or a visit you get a fixed price, with no surprises.
